The usual warm trip through the cave to LoH&G. At the dig it was satisfying to find that last week’s application of IRS had the desired effect, the ‘bulge’ was gone and there was a pile of debris to be removed. 10 bags were filled hauled and emptied into Pointless Pot this evening. There is more to be cleared and further digging along the narrow fissure is now possible, at least, in the short term.
Before leaving LoH&G a quick visit to look at the dig Nick and Sam started last week – it is not without interest and will benefit some further attention in the future. Time to go!
Refreshments were enjoyed in the ravine. A satisfactory outcome, all good!
